Each year the VPS Cross Country is held in the beautiful bush surrounds of Timber Hills, Tomerong. This provides a unique experience for students as they compete along bush tracks amid tall spotted gums with grazing cows seen in the distance.
This year a beautiful sunny day was enjoyed at Timber Hills, with the P&C hosting a sausage sizzle.
Placegetters from each age group go on to represent VPS at the District Cross Country. Qualifying students from this carnival then compete at the Regional Cross Country at Willandra, Tapitallee.
